Who are We ?
We are Casa Gaibor, a restaurant located in Guitiriz, the village of water and stone, situated in the heart of Terra Chá, half an hour from the cities of A Coruña and Lugo, and an hour from Santiago de Compostela.
In our home, you will find yours; a humble restaurant where respect for the product takes centre stage. Proximity and seasonality transform what springs from our land into food.
Founded in 1950, every stone in our walls and every piece of wood in our ceilings tells a long story that continues to leave its mark on our soul, where the heart of the tavern will always beat.
